Pregnancy & Childbirth

Congratulations! Pregnancy is an exciting and intense time, during which I am happy to support you with my expertise, state-of-the-art technological tools, and, not least, with heart. I take the time for all your questions and concerns so that you can feel completely well cared for.

During regular check-ups throughout your pregnancy, the following will be performed:

• Information about pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period
• Mutter-Kind-Pass examinations (growth ultrasound at every examination)
• Cervical length measurement
• Blood pressure and urine measurements
• Blood tests
• Vaginal bacterial swabs

For further examinations, such as first-trimester screening or organ screening, I am in close contact with specialists in prenatal diagnostics.

The first few weeks after childbirth are an unforgettable, sensitive, and also demanding time. During this phase, the family, especially mother and child, should rest, regain strength, and get to know each other. I am happy to provide advice and support as needed.

At the end of the postpartum period (approximately 6-8 weeks after childbirth), a final gynecological examination takes place. We will also have the opportunity to discuss your contraception during breastfeeding, sexuality, pelvic floor recovery measures, and your personal questions and concerns.
